SMBs Starting to Become more Satisfied with Fintech Lenders

A new survey by 12 Federal Reserve banks says 35 percent of small business owners who received loans from fintech lenders are satisfied, up from 16 percent in 2016; small and large banks also saw their numbers rise though not at the same rate; speed was one of the key factors for the shift as small businesses like that fintechs provide loans significantly faster than banks; not all news was good as customers did not like the rates from online lenders.
