Roundup of Social Lending News – July 30, 2011

Every Saturday I bring you the latest news from the world of peer to peer lending. These are the best of the news articles and blog posts from around the web that I shared on Twitter this past week.

This week several bloggers shared their investing experiences with new updates but my favorite article of the week was on Fox Business where Lending Club CEO Renaud Laplanche has a monthly column. The topic of this month’s column was how to retire rich. While he doesn’t actually mention peer to peer lending in the article, the lesson is clear: invest when you are young and take some risks. Enjoy your weekend.
