P2P Global Sells US Consumer Portfolio, Adds Real Estate

P2P Global Investments’ NAV rose .78% in December and returned 5.2% in 2018; the UK-listed fund focuses on purchasing assets from non-bank and other specialist lenders; they recently sold a US mainstream consumer loan portfolio and also started to purchase loans from a US-based real estate platform; the fund originally launched in 2014, raising £200 million and now has assets of £721.7 million.
