Nutmeg Launches Crowdfunding Campaign

UK based digital wealth management firm Nutmeg is launching a crowdfunding campaign as they eye international expansion; funds will be raised alongside existing institutional shareholders such as Convoy, Taipei Fubon Bank, Goldman Sachs and Balderton Capital; speaking to AltFi Crowdcube’s CMO and cofounder Luke Lang said institutions “won’t be investing through the [Crowdcube] platform, but it’ll be done on the same economic terms, and the same valuation as it were.”; the company also announced the soft launch of their offering in Taiwan and they are in discussions with about 10 banks to license their technology.
