During the week I share the latest marketplace lending news on Twitter as it happens. Then every Saturday I take the most interesting news items and blog posts from the past week and share them here.

What a busy week this was. I think there were more major announcements and interesting articles written about this industry than any week I can remember. The list today could easily be 30 or 40 articles long but I have included what I consider to be the top 15 of the week for you here.

Has SoFi priced their $331 securitization deal? I think it was A2.

The latest rated deal by SoFi was their $303 million deal in November last year that was rated “A” by S&P and A2 by Moody’s. I know there is another one in the works but I don’t believe there is any word yet on a rating.

I may be wrong, but I thought I read a while back that securitization was against both Lending Club and Prosper terms? Did Prosper change perspectives or did I recall incorrectly?
