HouseCanary Scores $65mn Funding Round

Real estate analytics fintech HouseCanary has announced a fresh funding round of $65mn led by Morpheus Ventures, Alpha Edison and PSP Growth; the company intends to use the funds to continue developing what they say are the most accurate valuations in the property sector; Jeremy Sicklick, Co-Founder and CEO, tells Crowdfund Insider, “Reliably automating home valuations replaces a two- to three-week human appraisal process with instant, actionable valuations at a fraction of the price.
