Carter Bank & Trust Finally Enter’s Digital World

Carter Bank & Trust’s former Chairman and CEO Worth Harris Carter did not believe the bank needed to digitally transform, instead they focused on eyeball to eyeball banking; since his death and with the help of CEO Litz Van Dyke the bank has started to slowly initiate a digital offering; the bank did a soft launch one February 12th with results showing more than 10,000 customers enrolling in Carter on the Go; the bank has also seen 450 customers opt for e-statements and 270 sign up for bill pay.
