According to a new study released by J.D. Power consumers gave the highest ratings to some of the biggest banks in the U.S.; banks in the top 5 include Bank of America, PNC Financial Services Group, Wells Fargo, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase; customers found two things most appealing, their big network of branches and their digital tools are being built from within; a good sign for digital tools was that 58 percent of consumers asked that their advice be received through a digital channel; the biggest reasons for negative scores included poor in person meetings and they did not provide advice that fit a certain consumers needs.
