With more of financial serivces becoming digital by the minute fintech firms and banks need to keep top talent on board to help build new tools; competition for talent is high, not only do you have financial services companies but they also content with the likes of Google, Facebook and Amazon; fintech firm MX, the Carolina Fintech Hub and Bank of America have all created training courses aimed to help fill their tech role but also provide better opportunities for refugees, women and people struggling in poverty; the courses help individuals learn how to code and provides therm with jobs as the program progress.
