Bank of America Discloses Artificial Intelligence Uses

At their NYC Technology Summit Bank of American executives talked about how the firm is implementing artificial intelligence; some of the bank’s top uses include their chatbot Erica, capturing fraud detection and to disclose trades per new European regulation; an area where they are exercising caution is when using AI in hiring, AI can be biased when looking for candidates and while the technology can be adjusted it is a concerning area for the bank.
