Apple and Goldman Sachs Partner on Credit Card

Apple and Goldman Sachs have partnered on a new credit card which will include iPhone features to help people manage their finances; they plan to test the card with employees this spring and will look to roll it out later in 2019; the iPhone features include setting spending goals, tracking rewards and managing balances; both firms are looking at the product as a revenue driver since they have struggled in some of their traditional lines of business; the move is part of a wider digital push by Goldman since launching their Marcus brand.
