More than 6 million Bank of America customers are now using the Erica virtual assistant and it has processed more than 35 million client requests; the most popular feature is transaction search which is no surprise to the bank since it was the main ask by their customers during the research phase; the second most popular is Spendpath which provides proactive insights like providing a snapshot of a customer’s spending; other popular features requested by users are account and routing numbers, FICO scores and money transfers.
