Know any other websites?

I am looking for other websites / investments that produce consistent returns. I feel like there has to be more in between the returns I'm getting in my savings account (none) and the stock market. I love the loan model that Prosper and LC are doing but I wonder if there are other websites capitalizing on this p2p model, especially if the have a help the world feel to them, like Kiva, but with returns.
thanks all

In the U.S. investors have just two options: Lending Club and Prosper. Kiva doesn't provide any investment returns so for investors the only choices are Lending Club and Prosper.

Well that's kind of what I'm wondering about. I know the JOBS act just passed so I'd think there would be more opportunities for small time investors like us to get involved. For example in england I read about https://www.abundancegeneration.com/ abundance generation and they let people get return by investing in energy projects. surely something similar must be happening in the U.S. The only big one I've seen is Solar Mosaic http://solarmosaic.com/. I was watching them before they went into a quiet period and it sounded like it might be similar to what abundance generation is doing. It'll be interesting to see how they do. I feel like there is a lot of potential with this p2p model and I'd esp love to see it get applied to new green energy.

I think there will be a large number of investments like this available once the SEC implements all the rules of the JOBS act which should be early next year.
